Recently the PSH Health team renewed the certifications as Hearing Conservationists accredited by CAOHC (Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation) and Respiratory Conservationists through CONSAO (Consultancy in Occupational Health, Training and Certification) all under the standards of NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health).

At Pantaleon, we care about the Total Health of our collaborators in all areas. For this reason, for several years we have been working on a risk analysis to determine the occupational risks to which our people are exposed. Of the 5 risks identified, exposure to noise and exposure to particulate matter are the main ones. Currently, we are under the umbrella of the CDC’s Total Worker Health program, being the first agribusiness in Latin America to implement a holistic and integrated employee health program.

Having these certifications means that we have a health team with the most updated knowledge to perform quality pre-employment and periodic medical checkups, which guarantees a systematic epidemiological surveillance to identify early a collaborator with changes in their health and prevent occupational diseases.

We maintain our commitment to promote the integral wellbeing of our employees, motivating us to continuously improve in all areas of health.
