At Pantaleon, we come together to commemorate International Women’s Day and recognize its importance in the society and in our teams.
In Operation Nicaragua, our Human Resources team visited field and administrative workers to share reflections on equality, equity, and inclusion. Our health brigades also reinforced the topic in the operational areas of the field and factory.
In Operation Guatemala, we recognized over 340 women from different areas of Pantaleon Sugar Mill, thanking them for their daily effort and dedication and highlighting the different initiatives that the company carries out with communities through open training schools. In our headquarters, we held a talk given by women for women and gave commemorative gifts to our female colleagues.
In Operation Mexico, we held a workshop called “Take the Wheel of Your Life,” where we highlighted the distinctive superpowers of women and the common gaps or fears that we can mitigate. Each participant designed their superhero and described the superpowers they possess and will work on to become the heroic woman they desire.
