One of our key initiatives is the Supplier Incubation Program, implemented in collaboration with Pomona Impact. Since its launch in 2019, it has benefited 28 strategic suppliers, generating 579 jobs and enhancing their growth capacity. In 2024, three suppliers in Guatemala and four in Nicaragua successfully completed the program, achieving significant milestones in strategic vision, financial planning, organizational development, and commercial expansion.
These initiatives reflect our commitment to a sustainable business model, where economic growth translates into real opportunities for our suppliers and the development of the communities where we operate.
