We are proud to announce that at the prestigious 2024 Industrial Awards organized by the Guatemalan Chamber of Industry, Novaforest has been honored with first place in two key categories: Innovation and Environmental Performance. This double recognition highlights our commitment to sustainability and creating a positive impact within our communities and the forestry sector.
In the Innovation category, Novaforest received the award for its project, “Sustainable Agroforestry: Innovation, Decent Jobs, and Unique Products,” an initiative that redefines forest management by generating dignified employment and developing sustainable products. This award reinforces our mission to break paradigms, proving that innovation can go hand-in-hand with environmental stewardship and social well-being.
Similarly, in the Environmental Performance category, the project “Novaforest: A Model of Sustainable Forest Development” was recognized for its practices in biodiversity conservation, responsible forest management, and zero-waste production.
